1. Commitment to Data Principal Privacy
MyTrustDeal operates under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 of India. We adhere to rigorous data minimization, encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), and encryption at rest (AES-256) for all confidential transaction documents and user credentials.
2. Confidential Deal Room Disclosure
Financial data, tax filings (GST/ITR), and cap tables uploaded to Virtual Deal Rooms are never made publicly searchable. Access is granted strictly on a bilateral basis following mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) execution and explicit seller consent.
3. Right to Erasure & Portability
Users may request full account deletion and purge of non-mandated diligence records at any time by contacting our designated Data Protection Officer at privacy@mytrustdeal.in.
