1. Eligibility & KYC Verification
Use of MyTrustDeal Deal Rooms is restricted to verified Indian entities (Private Limited, LLP, Sole Proprietorship) and accredited individual investors with valid MCA, GSTIN, PAN, and Aadhaar-backed identification.
2. Bilateral NDA Enforceability
Digital NDAs executed on the platform constitute legally enforceable electronic contracts under the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India. Breach of confidentiality will subject the offending party to statutory damages and injunctive relief.
